Diller Teen Fellows Summer Seminar - Cleveland

July 19th, 2007 - Returning from our noded ("wandering") in the desert

We just arrived back from the Negev and three days of hiking. On the first day we walked from the area of the Negev that in the winter fills with water. That night we got to the campsite and cooked our own dinner. The next days were spent hiking up two mountains. The last mountain hike started at 3 a.m. Once at the top, we saw the sunrise and did a few programs. Though the hikes were challenging, they were a great bonding experience for our group.
